If your order has not yet been processed, we should be able to cancel it and issue refund.

Do I get a refund?

Yes! As long as, we get the item in the same condition it was sent. However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.

How can I track my return order?

E-mail us letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to our Florida office. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order. Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, but we'll refund the cost of shipping that we originally charged you. This is to help streamline the process and avoid having to exchange money for the purpose of refunding items. used items are not eligible for return. How can I track my return order?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.
